About The Mayson Method

The Mayson Method™ is a form of energy healing that is extremely effective for releasing and transforming emotional blocks, hurt, depression, physical pain and more. This modality is based on the science of quantum physics, and utilizes the highly effective technique of muscle testing (also known as applied kinesiology or energy testing) to connect to the client’s conscious, subconscious and soul wisdom to identify, release and rebalance limiting beliefs, trapped emotions, underpinnings, ancestral patterns and more.

The process is easy, painless and can bring about profound shifts in a short period of time to the Body, Mind, Spirit and Emotions. 

It can support you in achieving your goals and visions for the life you intend for yourself with greater ease and joy.   It can help you to let go of limiting beliefs and old, non-helpful coping patterns, release resistance to change and empower you to live more fully, more bravely and on purpose.

What is Ecstatic Dance:

For as long as history can recall, humans have danced.

Historians have proved hundreds of cultures around the world have used dance {a combination of rhythmic or intuitive movement and breath} as a personal and collective practice for centuries.

For me, ecstatic dance is a modern evolution of this practice that honours the emotional, spiritual, mental and physical aspects of self.

Ecstatic dance can be described as a free form movement practice, similar to a movement meditation. The practice is about authentic expression; showing up & allowing emotions or thoughts to arise without attachment and coming back to your dance.

This is not only a physical practice, it is a mind, heart and soul practice.

It is not about choreography or how it looks. It brings you - the dancer - into presence. It is what Gabrielle Roth refers to as being danced.

Facilitated Ecstatic Dance is a guided version of the practice; the facilitator offers insight and ques for the dancers to explore.
