This Equinox may we honour this moment of balance. May we gift our prayers to the sacred fire & release what is no longer serving as the descent into the season of darkness begins.

In honour of Equinox, may we gift our prayers to the sacred fire and release what is no longer serving from a place of cosmic balance.

Equinox is the time at which the sun crosses the plane of the equator towards the relevant hemisphere, making day and night of equal length.

This cosmological phenomena offers an opportunity and invitation to release, set intentions and celebrate from a place of divine balance.

Fire Walking is a sacred ceremony, a ritual often considered a rite of passage. This sacred practice is an opportunity to be guided in a brave container to overcome fear, connect to courage and embody strength. This is a lived experience that invites us to overcome the limitations of of what our conscious mind thought to be true, so that we may access pathways for new possibilities.

This ceremony is a profound experience that invites fire to become a teacher and guide.

The Fire Walk Ceremony is open to individuals of all genders + sex; including those under the age of 18 with the consent and supervision of a guardian/legal care taker.

*If you would like to bring someone under the age of 18 please contact organizers directly. This is to ensure a certain level of understanding and consent of roles and responsibilities in regards to safety.

Please bring:
-Comfortable clothing
-Something warm to sit/lay on outside (yoga mat, blanket, etc)
-Drum/rattle
-water bottle
-journal
-offering to the fire

This event is facilitated by Nathalie Jackson, Michelle Christine Newlands & Kortney Oxner. Both Kortney and Michelle are facilitators that have completed their fire walk apprenticeship with Nathalie Jackson, Sundoor certified fire walk facilitator.
